I found the staff very courteous, and they provided helpful service. The restaurants offer superb options. Theo's was my favorite restaurant. Live piano music in the bar made the evenings very relaxing. The local station provided quick access.

Spa facilities are only average. The pool area was noisy during adult times.

the cleanliness was very excellent. the rooftop bar provided nice moments with very good cocktails. i also appreciated access to the spa pool after checkout, it was a nice bonus. everything contributed positively to my visit.

i found that i could only order from the menu for a late-night snack. a five-star hotel should offer more flexibility here. this restriction limited my options.
